I've never seen any information or facts, proving the value of making sure loans over 36%, are available on every street corner of our community. I believe government regulation and think it should be kept to a minimum but 36% is a good regulation. Let the exemption expire! If you can't make a business case to make a 36% loan; then you shouldn't make the loan. See Arizona Republic article below:
